If local outbreak; absent or damaged spleen; complement deficiency

11-12 years

If HPV started prior to 15 years, 2 doses - 2nd shot: 6-12 months after the first shot

15 years

if HPV started at 15 yrs, 3 doses- 2nd shot: 2 months after first shot
